Novex Growth is a trade name operated by SARLI INC., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with our website and the AI automation systems we build and operate for our clients.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to two groups of people:

Visitors and prospective clients who interact with our website, contact forms, or booking tools.
End customers of our clients whose personal information may pass through AI systems we design, build, and operate on a client’s behalf — for example, a chatbot, voice receptionist, or messaging automation deployed for a client’s business.

In the second case, our client (the business that engaged us) is generally the data controller, and Novex Growth acts as a service provider / data processor on their behalf, operating systems according to their instructions and our service agreement.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Contact information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business details, when you fill out a contact form, book a call, or message us.
Conversation data exchanged with AI chatbots, voice receptionists, or messaging systems we operate for a client, including the content of messages or calls, timestamps, and basic metadata needed to deliver the service (for example, booking details, order details, or appointment requests).
Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and general usage data collected automatically when you visit our website.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health records or financial account numbers) through our own marketing website. If a client’s use case involves more sensitive categories of data, that is governed separately by our service agreement with that client.

3. How we use information

To respond to inquiries and provide requested information about our services.
To build, operate, and improve the AI automation systems we deliver to clients, strictly according to the client’s instructions and the scope of our engagement.
To maintain the security, performance, and reliability of the systems we operate.
To meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use end-customer conversation data collected on a client’s behalf for our own independent marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis and PIPEDA compliance

As an Ontario-based business, we collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect only what is reasonably necessary for the purposes identified at or before the time of collection, and we seek appropriate consent for those purposes.

5. How information is shared

We may share information with:

Infrastructure and platform providers we rely on to deliver our services, such as CRM, automation, and AI voice/chat platforms (for example, GoHighLevel and ElevenLabs), under their respective data processing terms.
Our clients, where information was collected on their behalf through a system we operate for them.
Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to meet our contractual obligations to clients, or to comply with legal requirements. Retention periods for end-customer data processed on a client’s behalf are generally governed by our agreement with that client.

7. Your rights

Subject to certain legal exceptions, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and withdraw consent to certain uses. If your interaction was with a system we operate for one of our clients, we may direct your request to that client where they are the data controller.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
